Scarinci Hollenbeck's New Group Will Further Diversify its Growing List of Legal Services and Industry Knowledge
Lyndhurst, N.J., September 12, 2012 - Scarinci Hollenbeck is pleased to announce the organization of its insurance practice into a new Insurance Recovery and Liability Group. The expansion of Scarinci Hollenbeck's services demonstrates the firm's commitment to providing an array of legal guidance and experience to its growing client base.

Scarinci Hollenbeck’s insurance practice encompasses assisting policyholders and their captive insurers in addressing potentially covered liabilities and coverage issues and disputes through coverage opinions, negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and - if necessary - litigation. Scarinci Hollenbeck’s attorneys have been instrumental in helping policyholders and their captive insurers recoup more than $1 billion in insurance assets.
The firm's attorneys have pursued claims associated with a wide range of insurance policies, including general liability, employment liability, fiduciary liability, product liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, surety and performance bond, property and casualty, marine, and business auto.
The firm counsels and assists clients who are preparing and proving claims, responding to reservations of rights and denials of coverage letters, providing information in response to carrier demands, and negotiating and litigating claims. Further, Scarinci Hollenbeck also represents policyholders in their underlying claims and litigation.
The new group will be headed up by industry veteran Charles Yuen, who recently joined as a partner with the firm.
