Murrow-Award-winning talent) on a variety of matters including cyber security/privacy issues concerning Internet reputation, agency agreements, professional development, and employment matters, and aggressively negotiates favorable contract terms and compensation arrangements for our clients. We also counsel news organizations on issues related to the First Amendment, journalistic ethics, libel/slander, and other issues affecting the industry.
