Scarinci Hollenbeck delivers comprehensive services to financially troubled entities, financial institutions and other organizations involved in the restructuring and recovery of problem business credits. Our attorneys are accustomed to dealing with complex and sophisticated business matters and have many years of experience handling all financial issues surrounding bankruptcy and reorganization, out of court workouts, and state and federal court litigation over creditors’ and debtors’ rights.

Where litigation is necessary to resolve debt and related problems, we offer responsive and effective service at all levels, including alternative dispute resolution, prejudgment remedies, trial and appellate. Our Approach

We are highly skilled in the enforcement of creditors’ rights and work with various financial institutions, insurance companies, leasing and finance companies, and with other entities interested in preserving and enforcing their rights as creditors. Our attorneys routinely advise creditors regarding their rights and remedies in bankruptcy, under the Uniform Commercial Code, in foreclosures and in other types of recovery of real and personal property, secured transactions, and other areas of commercial law. We bring together attorneys with broad and diverse business experience in order to help the firm’s clients achieve creative, expeditious, and cost-effective solutions.
