Harry V. Osborne has a varied litigation practice involving personal injury claims, admiralty and maritime matters, and insurance coverage disputes. He has prepared and tried complex cases throughout New Jersey in both federal and state courts. His trial experience includes personal injury claims, and disputes over insurance issues, such as the interpretation of various policy forms and the extent of insurance coverage. Mr. Osborne has long been active in civic affairs. He previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Bonnie Brae Farm in Millington, New Jersey. For many years he has been a member of the Board Trustees of Cerebral Palsy of Monmouth and Ocean County, Inc., serving as President of that Board from 1985 to 1988. In 1994, he was the recipient of the Ann Klein Advocate Award presented by the Community Health Law Project for advocacy on behalf of persons with disabilities.
