    David J. Shulman focuses his practice exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation. Mr. Shulman’s experience includes all aspects of workers’ compensation including handling the simplest fracture to the most horrific catastrophic injuries, as well as occupational exposure scenarios. He has represented and provided his extensive workers’ compensation knowledge to insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured entities as well as small business owners. He has demonstrated case analysis ability with a track record of proven settlement/trial skills.

    Mr. Shulman has been staff counsel to two major insurance companies for more than 15 years where he handled a respondents’ workers’ compensation practice. He also has over 12 years of experience involving petitioners’ workers’ compensation practice.
