On May 12,
Frank L.
Brunetti
will lecture at Eisner University, which is
the in house continuing education program for Eisner LLP accounting
firm, in a three hour CPE certified course on adoption & changes in
accounting methods. The course will cover the change of accounting
rules set forth in Revenue Procedures, the rules found in IRS
regulations and in judicial decisions and the use of Form 3115.
John Scagnelli to Serve as Chair of NJDEP's "Measures of
Success" Team

Scagnelli will speak at the Practising Law
Institute's "Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company" on
June 3-4, 2010 in New York City. Mr. Scagnelli will participate in the
Environmental Issues portion of the program, where he will discuss
the special problems of potential environmental liabilities.

jurisdiction over water and air pollution in the New York - New
Jersey - Connecticut Region.
