Asset Protection, Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Tuesday, November 18, 2008 l 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. Program Overview This program will concentrate on the areas of asset protection, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy. During the session covering asset protection, some of the topics that will be discussed include fraudulent transfers and professional responsibility, protective trusts, corporations/FLPs/LLCs and retirement assets. In the area of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, discussion topics include powers of the debtor, powers of the bankruptcy trustee, bankruptcy exemptions and discharge. Presenters Frank L. Brunetti - Chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck’s Tax, Trusts & Estate Planning Group; Professor of Law and Taxation at the Fairleigh Dickinson University MS in Taxation Program and author of the upcoming Fundamentals of Federal Tax Accounting published by the American Law Institute-American Bar Association.
