Program Overview

With affordable housing obligations in a state of flux, developers of commercial and residential real estate are left wondering how to satisfy the revised third round rules issues by the Council on Affordable Housing, newly passed legislation and DEP and other agency requirements.

Lucy Vandenberg, Executive Director of the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing, will outline how to move forward given all of the changes in the affordable housing arena. Ms. Vandenberg will discuss COAH's third round rules and the latest legislation that impacts how developers must meet these obligations. She will also address questions and comments from attendees.
