Scarinci Hollenbeck represents municipalities, condemning authorities and some of the largest developers in the State who are involved in urban renewal.

Scarinci Hollenbeck provides counsel to municipalities and other condemning authorities, as well as to owners of private commercial and industries properties. The firm's services include all aspects of the condemnation process, from negotiations and relocation assistance, to all phases of litigation.

The firm has been involved in many redevelopment areas, such as its past representation of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority in connection with the redevelopment of Atlantic City. The firm also represents some of the largest developers in the State who are involved in urban renewal.
