Laura Miller practices general civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment defense. She has defended both private and public clients in State and Federal courts in a wide range of employment as well as other matters including business law, UCC and related construction issues, insurance coverage disputes and commercial real estate.

In law school, she was a senior staff member of the Dispute Resolution Law Journal and the recipient of the Austin Scott Scholarship. Prior to her career as an attorney, she worked in Arizona as a political campaign manager and policy analyst for Janet Napolitano, currently the United States Secretary of Homeland Security.
