Frank Kapusinski concentrates his practice in the areas of creditor-debtor rights, workouts, insolvency proceedings, restructurings, bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related litigation. He has successfully represented a wide variety of secured and unsecured creditors, including financial institutions, property owners, mortgage holders, landlords, municipalities, bankruptcy debtors and trustees, and other litigants, in actions before the United Stated Bankruptcy Court, the New Jersey Superior Court, and the New Jersey Tax Court. In addition, he has authored several articles of concern to municipalities and creditors of bankrupt entities.

Mr. Kapusinski also provides general business counseling to many public and privately held companies, as well as partnerships and joint ventures, and has experience in the related fields of mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity and venture capital, real estate, and commercial finance.
