Lauren James-Weir provides litigation counseling services on a wide range of media and First Amendment law issues. She has worked with newspapers and reporters in areas that include access matters, defamation and privacy issues. In addition, Ms. James-Weir regularly conducts pre-publication vetting of articles and advertisements.
