Mr. Jacobs, Co-Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group, practices in the areas of employment litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate litigation and probate litigation. He focuses much of his practice in the area of employment litigation defense, where he represents public entities and insurers, including the Monmouth County Joint Insurance Fund, the Garden State Insurance Fund, the Bergen County Joint Insurance Fund and the Municipal Excess Liability Joint Insurance Fund. Mr. Jacobs’ work with these entities focuses on employment-related lawsuits, including matters related to discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, wage and hour violations, wrongful discharge and defamation in federal and state courts. Mr. Jacobs also handles management-side employment matters for private entities, including closely held businesses, financial institutions and other private employers.

Mr. Jacobs is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Association of Municipal Prosecutors and the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys. He currently serves as Municipal Prosecutor in the Borough of Fair Haven in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
