Yaacov Brisman represents public and private sector employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. His work includes providing advice and counsel in the areas of employment policies and procedures, collective bargaining issues, grievance arbitrations, employment discrimination and employment-related litigation before administrative agencies and state and federal courts. Mr. Brisman also provides legal representation to public school districts and other educational institutions on the full range of employee-related disputes, including special education matters.
