Graig Avino practices in various areas of civil defense litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage matters, in which he has represented insurers in declaratory judgment actions in State and Federal Courts. In addition, Mr. Avino has worked on a variety of matters arising under the Construction Lien Act and has defended various municipalities throughout New Jersey.
